Your account details (name, email, and optionally phone and location), the bookings and care plans you create, any helper application you submit, and the notifications we generate for you. Passwords are never stored in readable form — we keep only a salted PBKDF2 hash.
Application data is held in our managed Convex database. Your browser keeps only a session token and any booking or plan draft you started before signing in.
Card and UPI details are entered directly with Razorpay, our payment processor, and never reach our servers. We retain the Razorpay order and payment identifiers so we can reconcile and support your booking.
Bookings, plans and notifications are readable only by you and our administrators. Helper profiles shown publicly exclude the helper's email and phone number.
Signing out ends the session on our servers as well as in your browser. To correct or delete your account data, contact us and we will action the request.
